Improved layouts for your responses

Over the last two days we’ve been updating a few things here and there on the site. The most important change is the new layout for the data collected. Hopefully, it is now easier to read. It also addresses some issues we had in the past (such as the sometimes incorrect order of questions). This change is effective in the online report and in the email notifications (for both text and html formats).
Also, thanks to the contributions of Ameer Alshamali and Eduard Irimia, we can now serve web forms localized in Arabic (العربية) and Romanian (Română). These are the latest additions to the long list of languages already supported.
As always, your feedback is very much appreciated!

Hi,
I noticed a bug in your form assembly.
If I try to create a multiple dorp down list
For some reason the “List of Choices….Choice Selected” Chose selected on one queston all of them are selected or on some questinos I can not select even one. Check my form called “Add New listing”
I suppose how it should work is to have only one selected as a default?
thanks,
Hugo

Thanks so much for the great new look for response emails! So much easier to read, and you’ve addressed my concern about the State not showing up the response field. Very big improvements!

@Hugo: see this http://formassembly.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=256 (this is a very old bug that we should have fixed a long time ago… my apologies).
@Rick and @Mark, thank you for your kind words! Hope you will like the upcoming improvements as well.

The new format is causing problems in my printout. I was able to print it out on front and back of ONE sheet of paper, now it is taking 3 pages, - and my responses must be stapled together and occasionally get mixed up. When can I have the former usability back - where responses print on the right and questions on the left, - and that gives me all data on just front & back of ONE sheet of paper - and since I have a duplex printer, it’s very fast and convenient. This is giving me fits!

Betty, we are working on a solution that will allow you to choose between the new layout and one optimized for space /printouts. Thank you for your patience.

I just acquired your free website form and I am satisfied to have searched and found an easy to use webform design format.
Thank You

I just signed up and tested the new form that I created. Is it possible to download jpg images, logos, etc. to place on the form? I also had trouble downloading collected response/data to excel spreadsheet.
Many thanks,
Babbini

Hi Babbini,
The next version of the form builder (coming soon) will let you add images to your form. In the meantime you can do so if you know a bit of html and host the image yourself or on a third-party site.
I’d be happy to provide more information and to help you with your export problem, but the support forum would be a more appropriate place. So could you go to http://www.formassembly.com/forums and add a new support request? Thank you!
