New FormAssembly.com Launched!

After two months of testing, and with the invaluable help of our early adopters who participated in the beta-tests, we are now ready to switch to the new version of FormAssembly.com.

If you don’t have an account with us yet, you can go straight to our new site to discover our service and sign-up.

If you do have an account, first don’t worry. The change does not impact your account and your forms will continue to collect data as usual. If you want to learn how to take advantage of the new version, please check out our migration notice.
