Submission Guidelines

If you'd like to submit a design for the Form Garden, use the test form and default stylesheets (wforms.css and jsonly.css) as a template. Send your work at webmaster at formassembly dot com.

Remark: Jsonly must contain all CSS rules that would hinder usability if javascript is disabled.
