Engaging Students Early: Higher Ed Data Collection from Application to Alumni

Watch On-Demand

Rescheduled | This session will now take place on Tuesday, December 3rd.

Higher education data collection can be difficult. Students change their minds – change classes, change majors, even change their schools. While trying to keep up with those changes, school staff have to deal with disconnected data systems, outdated processes, and complex compliance standards. Which begs the question – how can colleges and universities keep up with their student’s data?

South Texas College partnered with Economic Mobility Systems to find the answer. Using Salesforce-integrated forms, built on FormAssembly’s TX-RAMP compliant platform, STC manages their Promise program that engages high school students as they prepare for college, and provides a single source of truth for student data as they continue into their college career.

Watch this session to see how this program was built, and hear firsthand the impacts on the college’s data infrastructure, and their students’ experience.

During this webinar we’ll discuss:

  • Building Salesforce-connected forms for staff and students
  • Improving university data processes
  • Meeting compliance standards like FERPA HIPAA, TX-RAMP, and more

Panel:

  • Robert Mitchell – Director, Data Systems and Solutions – Economic Mobility Systems
  • Stephen Crum – Applications Development Manager – South Texas College
