Starting today, the summer feature release is adding new layers of security to FormAssembly accounts with configurable Multi-Factor Authentication, updated password requirements, and announcing TX-RAMP certification for the Enterprise plan.
We’re expanding FormAssembly’s suite of integrations with Google Drive and Microsoft Sharepoint and, later this summer, storage solutions Box and DropBox.
Finally, we’re releasing the new Webhooks connector, which enables organizations to securely connect to your proprietary systems with support for OAUTH2 and API Key authentication and JSON file format. This is a huge win for organizations that need to send data to their custom-built software or need to integrate with solutions that are not currently supported.
You’ll find details on all of these new features below, including links to help documentation and availability dates. You’re also invited to join the live launch webinar, where we’ll showcase these exciting updates with live demonstrations.
Security enhancements
Multi-factor authentication
FormAssembly is adding another layer of protection to user accounts, configurable multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Now, in addition to Single Sign On (SSO) options like SAML, LDAP, and CAS authentication, account admins can enable and require MFA for account users. Those users can select their authentication method of choice, with support for Yubikey and One-time password authentication measures.
Availability: Multi-factor authentication is available now on Essentials, Team, Enterprise, and Government plans.
Updated password requirements and controls
FormAssembly accounts now have stronger password requirements and additional controls to keep data safe. These new capabilities follow best practices for all security standards and allow admins to configure custom password expiration dates to meet their specific security requirements.
Availability: These updated password requirements and controls are now available on all FormAssembly plans.
TX-RAMP compliance
FormAssembly’s Enterprise plan is now TX-RAMP-certified at Level 2 for confidential & regulated data. This enables public education institutions and government agencies in Texas to compliantly collect sensitive data with FormAssembly’s easy-to-use tools and secure platform.
Availability: TX-RAMP compliance is now included in Enterprise and Government plans.

Microsoft Sharepoint connector
A perfect accompaniment to the Excel connector, the Sharepoint connector enables seamless integration of your forms with your Microsoft 365 workspace. Send files to your Sharepoint sites, and manage access across your organization.
